| Money Raised for Philanthropy at Major Events: Alpha Phiesta: $2460 Cardiac Arrest: $2376 Rockin’ Red Dress Gala: $3164 Cardiac Care Week: $1116 Red Dress Luncheon: $800 Alpha Phi raised $12,000 out of the $32,500 raised for philanthropies among the entire Greek Community (nearly 37%) Alpha Phi performed 3500 service hours last year (30% of the entire Greek total) Make A Difference Day 2007 Dog Walking for the Shelter Alpha Phi Event Achievements: We had 3 teams of 15 women walk for the Relay for Life this year to fight cancer... We took the colors yellow and black to a new level when we received 2nd place in Greek Week this year! AND THEN FIRST PLACE AS AIRBAND CHAMPIONS WITH OUR "ALPHA-PHI-ALLELUIA" THEME |
| Spirit of Marquette Award 2006 Alpha Phi was set apart from the rest when it became one of the three winners of this prestigious award at Marquette. Over 230 eligible Marquette organizations apply and the winner exemplifies all four pillars of Marquette: leadership excellence service and faith. We are the only Greek organization to have this award on our mantel. |
